Sasquatch announces their 2011 lineup

Sasquatch has announced their lineup for this yearʻs music festival. Iʻm not sure if all the acts are confirmed, but judging by the looks of it, this is one year you donʻt want to miss. (Do you ever really want to miss it though?)

This yearʻs acts include: Death Cab for Cutie, City and Colour, Robyn, Modest Mouse, and Wilco. Of course there are many others, and I anticipate the comedians who show up will be hilarious as usual.

Unfortunately, I wonʻt be able to attend this year, but last year was absolutely amazing. If you have the opportunity to go, itʻs highly recommended. The Gorge (in George, WA) is beautiful, and people travel from all over the world to attend. You can never go wrong spending all of Memorial Day weekend camping with a bunch of hippies either. Last yearʻs highlights include: a group of hippies playing La Rouxʻs “Bulletproof” for three days straight (mixed in with other beats worth dancing to), alcohol for breakfast/lunch/dinner, meeting Tegan and Sara (!!!), and never actually sleeping.
